Quotes
Unless stated otherwise, our quotes are valid for 14 days and are non-binding. An order comes into being on written acceptance of the quote.
Prices
Because LED displays are made to measure, no prices are shown on the site. Prices in the quote are exclusive of VAT; shipping and installation are not included unless stated otherwise.
Payment
A deposit of up to 50% may be required on order confirmation. The balance is payable within 7 days of delivery. Late payment carries interest of 1% per month. Goods remain our property until payment in full.
Delivery
Shipment is from our stock or from the supplier. Transport costs are borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise. We accept no liability for delays caused by the courier or customs.
Warranty
We warrant against manufacturing defects for 12 months. Within that period a faulty module, power supply or control card is replaced. Misuse, overvoltage, water ingress (indoor models) and unauthorised intervention are excluded.
Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days to withdraw. LED panels cut to size and special formats are, however, treated as made to your specification and cannot be returned.
Complaints
Visible defects must be reported in writing to ledhub@outlook.be within 7 days of delivery.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. The courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction.
