What we collect
Only what you type into the quote and contact forms: name, email, phone, optionally company and town, your message and the dimensions you selected. We also record the page language and which page the request came from.
Why
The only purpose is to answer your request and prepare a quote. These details are not added to a mailing list, sold, or passed to third parties.
The visual you try on the homepage
On the homepage screen you can try your own photo or video. The file you try is stored on our server so we can understand what kind of content our customers want to show, and it is seen only by LEDHUB. It is not shared with third parties, published, or used in advertising. It is deleted automatically after 30 days; to have it removed sooner, write to info@ledhub.be.
Chat assistant
The chat window on the site is an artificial-intelligence assistant — not a person. Your messages are sent to Anthropic's servers (United States) to produce the reply; Anthropic does not use them to train its models. Conversations are kept for 90 days so we can see what our customers want to know and improve the site; only LEDHUB reads them. The assistant does not ask for your name, phone number or address — there is no need to type personal details into the chat.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for 3 years so we can find the history on a later enquiry. Visuals tried on the homepage are deleted after 30 days, chat conversations after 90 days. An email is enough to have them deleted.
Your rights
The GDPR gives you the right to access, correct and erase your data and to object to its processing. Email us and we'll answer within a month. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
Cookies
The site uses no tracking cookies. Only a technical cookie remembers your language choice; that needs no consent.
