LedHub – General Terms and Conditions

Definitions

  1. LedHub – established in Belgium, operating online under the trade name LedHub, reachable via www.ledhub.be, e-mail ledhub@outlook.be, and phone +32 497 87 61 23.

  2. Customer – any person or business who purchases products or services from LedHub.

  3. Parties – LedHub and the Customer collectively.

  4. Consumer – a natural person acting for private purposes, not for business activities.

Applicability

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries of LED displays, neon artworks, signage, design and installation services by or on behalf of LedHub.

  2. Any deviation from these terms must be expressly agreed in writing.

  3. The applicability of the Customer’s own general terms is expressly excluded.

Offers and Quotations

  1. All offers by LedHub are non-binding, unless stated otherwise in writing.

  2. Offers are valid for 14 days, unless another validity period is mentioned.

  3. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice, depending on stock and supplier updates.

Prices

  1. All prices are in Euro (EUR) and exclusive of VAT, shipping, or installation fees unless stated otherwise.

  2. LedHub reserves the right to adjust prices in case of supplier price changes or currency fluctuations.

  3. If a price increase occurs after an agreement is made, the Consumer has the right to cancel the order, except when the increase results from legal obligations.

Payments

  1. LedHub may require a deposit of up to 50% of the total amount upon confirmation of an order.

  2. The remaining balance must be paid within 7 days of delivery or completion of the service.

  3. Late payments incur 1% monthly interest and possible administrative or recovery costs.

  4. Ownership of goods remains with LedHub until full payment has been received.

Delivery

  1. Deliveries are carried out from stock or supplier availability.

  2. Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.

  3. Shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.

  4. LedHub is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

  5. In case of non-payment, LedHub may suspend delivery or retain the goods.

Installation and Assembly

  1. LedHub performs installations to the best of its ability using professional methods.

  2. The Customer must ensure the location is prepared for installation (electricity, mounting space, etc.).

  3. LedHub cannot be held liable for delays or damage resulting from site inaccessibility or unsuitable conditions.

Right of Withdrawal (Online Sales)

  1. Consumers purchasing via the website may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that:

    • The product has not been used or damaged.

    • It is not a customized or made-to-order item (e.g., LED panels cut to size, custom neon artworks).

    • It is returned in its original packaging.

  2. The withdrawal period starts the day after receipt of the order.

  3. Returns must be requested by e-mail (ledhub@outlook.be) before sending back the product.

  4. Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer unless otherwise agreed.

  5. Custom-made products and installed LED systems cannot be returned.

Warranty

  1. LedHub guarantees its products against manufacturing defects for 12 months after delivery, unless otherwise specified.

  2. The warranty does not cover:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Damage due to incorrect installation, misuse, or accidents

    • Electrical damage caused by improper voltage or weather conditions

  3. Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.

Complaints

  1. Customers must check delivered goods immediately upon receipt.

  2. Any visible defects must be reported to ledhub@outlook.be within 7 days of delivery.

  3. Hidden defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.

  4. LedHub will assess the complaint and offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.

Liability

  1. LedHub is only liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

  2. LedHub is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, business interruption, or third-party claims.

  3. Total liability never exceeds the invoice amount of the product or service involved.

  4. Product colors, visuals, and descriptions shown online or in catalogues are indicative and not grounds for compensation.

Force Majeure

  1. LedHub is not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, supplier issues, power outages, transport problems, or government restrictions.

  2. In case of force majeure lasting more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement without compensation.

Retention of Title

  1. All goods remain property of LedHub until full payment has been received.

  2. Until ownership transfers, the Customer may not resell or modify the goods without written consent.

  3. In case of non-payment, LedHub reserves the right to reclaim delivered products.

Data and Privacy

LedHub processes personal data according to its official Privacy Policy (updated October 10, 2025), available at www.ledhub.be.
All data is handled securely and confidentially.

Applicable Law

  1. All LedHub transactions are governed by Belgian law.

  2. In case of disputes, the courts of Brussels (Belgium) have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
